Shipping policy

Vrtex Shipping Policy Effective September 21, 2026

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. If you are outside the US and want to order, email us at vrtexshopig@gmail.com and we will let you know if we can ship to you.

Processing time Orders are packed and shipped from California within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During launches or high volume periods, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that happens.

Shipping rates and delivery times Orders of 3 or more spinners ship free within the US. The free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Most US orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received it, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or refund. Please check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office first, as packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early.

Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it at no cost.
