Vrtex Privacy Policy Effective September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vrtex ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from vrtex.shop (the "Site").
Information we collect
Device information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this using cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
Order information. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
Communications. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and refer back to it.
How we use your information We use Order Information to fulfill orders, process payments, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and tracking, respond to your questions, screen orders for fraud, and, if you have opted in, send you updates about our products. We use Device Information to help screen for fraud, keep the Site secure, and understand how customers use the Site so we can improve it.
Sharing your information We share information with service providers who help us run the store:

- Payment processors, to complete your purchase.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used.
We may also share information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies The Site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works, such as keeping items in your cart.
Marketing emails We only send marketing emails if you have signed up for them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails are sent regardless because they are part of fulfilling your purchase.
Your rights
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to request what personal information we have collected about you, to request that we delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Other US states. If your state provides similar privacy rights, you can exercise them by emailing us.
Outside the US. The Site is intended for US customers. If you order from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Data retention We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns, and meet tax and legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete them where the law allows.
Children The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
