Refund policy

Vrtex Refund and Return Policy Effective September 21, 2026

We want you to be happy with your spinner. If something is off, email us at vrtexshopig@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Returns You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Email us first with your order number and we will send return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us may be delayed or denied.

Unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Bundle pricing and partial returns Bundle pricing (for example, 2 for $22.99 or 3 for $29.99) applies to the total number of spinners in an order. If you return part of a bundle, the items you keep are re-priced at the bundle tier that matches the remaining quantity, and the refund is the difference. Example: you buy 3 spinners for $29.99 and return one. The two you keep are priced at $22.99, so your refund is $7.00. If an order received free shipping because it had 3 or more spinners and a partial return drops it below that, the standard shipping cost for the remaining items may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges Want a different style? Email us. The fastest option is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the style you want, so it is not sold out while we wait for your return.

Non-returnable Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items that have been used, scratched, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
